Below, please find important information to acquaint yourself with, provided by Jujamcyn Theaters.

STAGE DOOR
In a regular schedule, the Stage Door hours are as follows:
Mondays: 12-6pm
Tuesdays-Fridays 9am-11pm
Saturdays: 9am-11:30pm
Sundays: 10am-6pm

NOTE: at the start and end of these hours, the doorperson may not be present as they will be making their rounds in the theatre to lock/unlock all of the doors.
​
PACKAGES
Personal packages are NOT allowed to be mailed to the stage door. The exception are food deliveries, flowers, and any packages that are for work purposes. If you have ordered any large items, please discuss with Stage Management. The Stage Doorperson may reject any personal packages sent to the stage door.

DRESSING ROOMS
The hanging of anything such as string lighting/holiday lights or hangers from Sprinkler pipes and the burning of candles or incense is not permitted in dressing rooms (or anywhere else inside the theatre). Additionally, all dressing room stairways and landings must be clear and unobstructed at all times from such items as cots, chairs, and costumes, among other items.

POWER SUPPLY
In general, appliances like refrigerators, microwaves, steamers, irons, hair dryers, and coffee makers must be plugged directly into an outlet or power strip no longer than 3 feet. The use of any other extension cord does NOT meet the theatre's fire safety and prevention requirements. Power strips are designed for individual stations for personal items, not as extensions. Meaning, if you choose to put a refrigerator on the other side of the room and there is no outlet for it, an extension cord or a long power strip is NOT acceptable or safe. Please coordinate with the House Electrician via Stage Management if you desire any appliances backstage.

SMOKING
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is NOT permitted anywhere in the theatre.

BICYCLES
Unfortunately, due to limited space, bicycles cannot be stored anywhere in the theatre and cannot be parked in front of the theatre on the sidewalk. In addition, E-bikes or E-scooters (any device that uses a lithium-ion battery) are NOT allowed to be parked anywhere on the premises, including the theatre's alleyways and/or in front of the theatre.

PETS
Pets are not permitted in the theatre at any time. Service animals are permitted, and if you use one, please inform Stage Management in advance of the animal arriving to the theatre.
